CentraGate Terms of Service​

1. Introduction​

5.1 General:

You may use our services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws.

5.2 Workspace & Vault:

While using Workspace and Vault, you are responsible for the data you store and the projects you develop. You must ensure that your projects and stored data do not infringe upon any rights or laws.

5.3 Tools:

Using tools is at your own risk. CentraGate is not liable for any damages or issues resulting from such use.

6. Restrictions​

You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that harms our platform or other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of our services.
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose.
  • Violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
  • Distribute harmful or malicious software.

7. Subscription & Payment​

By subscribing to a specific tier or level, you agree to pay the associated fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to settle payments may result in service interruption.

8. Intellectual Property​

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by CentraGate or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

CentraGate reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion without any prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability​

CentraGate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Users utilize the platform at their own risk. CentraGate doesn't warrant the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of its services.

11. Updates to Terms​

We advise you to review these Terms every 30 days. We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of our services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Force Majeure​

CentraGate is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature or global pandemics.

13. Severability​

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement​

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CentraGate.

You are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions. Any feedback you provide can be used by CentraGate without any compensation to you.

16. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
